About Me

Laura is a ceramics member of The Studios at Arlington Arts, located at 3700 S. Four Mile Run, Arlington VA 22206.

In 1991, Laura took her first ceramic class and has been steadily working with clay for over 30 years. Clay is a material that offers so many avenues of expression and beauty, and it has never become dull or repetitive to her. New forms, textures and colors come from many inspirations; in nature or on suburban sidewalks where Laura mentally bumps into ideas on daily walks with her dog Cooper.

Laura is a juried member of Scope Gallery in The Torpedo Factory in Old Town Alexandria.
